Week 2: Compounding, dilutions & IV math:

Reconstitution, IV flow rates, osmolar reasoning

Week 3: Insulin, days supply & high-risk meds:

Insulin TDD, inhalers, renal dose adjustments

Week 4: Biostatistics calculations:

Risk, RR, ARR, RRR, NNT/NNH

Week 5: Pharmacokinetics (NAPLEX-only):

Half-life, steady state, loading doses, bioavailability, IV ↔ PO

Week 6: Mixed NAPLEX mega-testlet:

Timed cases, exam pacing, confidence calibration
